This should be a list of those who we do not want jobbing for us and those we want to avoid jobbing for. If it is a pirate we do not want coming to us PLEASE post a reasonable explanation as to why. (an example might be constant lazing and rude behavior when asked to puzzle) If it is a pirate we want to avoid jobbing for again.... please explain. Also remember that it is up to each person to decide to job or not to job. Finally, please remember that some of us were not the best jobbers when we started but with guidance and a few good plankings we got better.

Okay, not because I wanna be first but because this is the entire reason I started this thread.....
I do have a hearty who when he Bnavs is usually a very good bnav. Tonight he invited me onto a pillage.
It was understaffed and disorganized. Since this is not too unusual these days I stayed. We made it through one battle only to have one of the officers of his crew suddenly decide he was leaving the ship to go poker....and announce it just before leaving. This annoyed me a bit as one should not pillage unless they make time for it and really shouldn't announce in front of jobbers that they are off to puzzle.
Finally, the hearty left his alt on the ship but went to do something in RL. The officer left in charge D/C. This left myself and one green jobber to watch the most unusual battle ever then sf 7 bots alone. Luckily we were just outside port and there happened to be an officer online who could do the booty divide.
In future Beware and job at yer own risk with Stupidsanta and his crew Legit.

Dont job Chopzx. In the HS i did he never ONCE stationed and was bitching and moaning about everything i did the entire time

Arrr! Well into the idea of Name & Shame - sad that we would have any need to (wish all players had a sense of honour but hey ho.)
Reckon I was lucky to be taken in hand by Tory, Zeo and a few others, shown the ropes and taught proper conduct - cheers you guys!

There was a issue mentioned today with a crew from the flag Bacon Strips. One of our officers tried jobbing with the crew in the block but noticed they were not giving jobbers any information. Our officer pointed this out, was planked and kicked from their crew. He then tried to explain his position but was unfairly treated. This resulted in our officer switching to another crew. The crew was The Swagicide Bombers. So job at your own risk. thx

Be careful of Bighammer. I jobbed out with him for a little extra spending poe. He does okay and the pillage was almost good until he attacked a blue and did a pvp. The other boat did NOT have full numbers and did NOT want the pvp. In the end I hopped off and paid the other boats officer enough to cover their losses. Not saying don't. Just saying be careful.
