Spinach Stuffed Chicken 4 chicken breasts pounded flat 2 cups frozen spinach (thaw and squeeze out excess water) 1 cup Greek yogurt 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup shredded pepperjack cheese Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, yogurt, garlic, and pepperjack. Spread mixture onto chicken breasts and roll. Use toothpicks to keep the chicken rolled up. Season chicken with your favorite seasonings. I used salt and pepper and "Kicken Chicken" Bake for 30 minutes on one side then flip each roll and cook about 10 minutes longer. If you put chopped cooked BACON in with the cheese mixture it is AMAZING!

I don't know about you guys, but I absolutely LOVE soft pretzels! If you don't like normal pretzels (like me), you will like soft ones. A friend and I made these REALLY good soft pretzels for fun a couple weeks ago. They were JUST like Auntie Anne's (if you've ever heard of that place). We loved them so much, that we've been talking about making them again She didn't really care for the cheese sauce, but I thought it was pretty good. So you might like to test it. And for the butter (after the pretzels were baked), instead of dipping the pretzel in it. I just brushed it on with one of those cooking brushes. Like she suggested for the flour, I added in more. I do believe I added in MORE than 3/4 cup though. Other than that, I have no other tips.
